Stone-milled Heirloom Red Rice Flour, Stone-Milled Urad Dal Flour.
How to Use
1. Mix the batter with water/curd in desired consistency.
2. Thin for Dosa and thick for Idli.
3. Ferment 1 hour or overnight, as per convenience.
4. Mix batter and make your dosa/idli. Cooking Instructions - Red Rice Onion Dosa Ingredients – 3 cups red rice dosa batter, Taru Desi Ghee, 2 chopped onions, 2 grated ginger, chopped coriander, salt to taste. Method: To the batter, add onions, ginger, coriander, salt to taste. Grease tawa with 1 tsp ghee, pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly. Sprinkle ghee. Cook till crisp & flip. Serve with chutney and sambhar.
Storage Instructions
Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar. Consume quickly or Refrigerate. Residue-free produce catches weevils easily. Composting produce is the best option if spoiled.
