Our ready to cook instant idli is made using natural ingredients with no added preservatives or colors, just grains, spice and everything nice. Our patented science helps us make all our products gluten-free without losing any of its stickiness. This makes our Idli equal parts of crispy and healthy! We believe that all good nutrition can happen without causing harm to animals. And to that end, we consciously chose our ingredients to be plant-based and completely cruelty free. The bonus is the free instant chutney premix with your chilla mix!

Ingredients

Quinoa Idli Premix: Rice, Gram, Oats, Salt and Fruit Salad Chutney Premix: Gram, coconut powder, salt, green chilli powder, curry leaves powder, cumin powder, ginger powder and asafoetida

How to Use

Step1: Empty your Daily Staple idli premix into a bowl. Add two tablespoon of lemon juice, 2/3rd cup of curd (160ml) and 2/3rd cup of water and mix well until no lumps. Cover and keep aside for 10-15 mins. Add more water if needed to the batter. Step 2: Grease idli moulds with oil/ghee and pour spoonful of idli batter in each mould section Step 3: Steam for 15-20 minutes, until idli is done. Step 4: Remove the idli with spoon and serve with Daily Staple Chutney.

Storage Instructions

Below 21 degrees C or refrigerate. Once pack is opened, transfer the chilla premix and chutney premix contents to refrigerate in air tight containers.
